Service Terms and Conditions

Dear Customer,
Thank you for booking with Blackwater Tubing. Please read the following carefully:

1. Booking and Payment
 Pre-bookings are essential and are subject to availability.
 Tariffs are subject to change. Prior notification of tariff changes will be communicated where possible.
Fixed quotations confirmed in writing will be honored.
 Blackwater Tubing is a registered VAT vendor, and 15% VAT is applicable to all tariffs.
 Condition of Payment:
o A 50% payment of the activity tariff, made in cash or via credit card, must be paid in advance to
confirm the booking.
o The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of the activity, prior to departure.
o No participants will be allowed to join without full payment or proof of payment.
o Group bookings: 100% payment for each group member must be made no more than 5 days prior
to the activity to confirm the booking.
o Tour operators: Vouchers accepted; payment is due 30 days from invoice.

2. Cancellation Policy
 Blackwater Tubing reserves the right to claim full payment if the client/operator cancels less than 24
hours prior or fails to arrive.
 We reserve the right to cancel any activity for safety reasons. In such cases, clients will be refunded.
 No refunds will be given if the client does not complete the tour.
 Group bookings: No refunds for payments made more than 5 days in advance if cancellation occurs.

3. Conditions of Participation
 All participants must adhere to safety instructions.
 The wearing of a life jacket and helmet is mandatory during the activity.

 Participants should be comfortable swimming.
 No alcohol or drugs are permitted.
 Participants are responsible for informing us of any health conditions or disabilities.

4. Weather and Activity Conditions
 As a weather-dependent activity, river tubing may be canceled, postponed, or rescheduled due to
unsafe weather conditions, including heavy rain, thunderstorms, and high winds.
 Participants will be notified as soon as possible.
 In case of cancellation due to weather, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. Additional Extras
 All extras outside the standard package not mentioned herein are for the participant’s own account
and must be settled before departure.

6. Confirmation of Bookings & Final Numbers
 Final booking confirmation, numbers, and dietary requirements must be provided at least 48
hours in advance.
 Blackwater Tubing activities are weather-dependent and booking confirmation is therefore subject
to the lead participants’ mobile contact details being provided.

7. Liability and Responsibilities
 Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of river tubing and participate at their own risk.
 Blackwater Tubing is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages unless caused by gross negligence.
 Participants agree to release Blackwater Tubing from any liability by signing Blackwater Tubing’s
electronic or physical Acknowledgement of risk / Waiver prior to departure.

8. Miscellaneous
 These terms are subject to change without notice.
 By signing below, the participant confirms acceptance of these policies and the booking.
