Service Terms and Conditions

All riders will be given a quick, informative safety briefing before the tour to ensure that all guests are confident on the bike before heading off on their forest adventure. Our guides will teach you all the relevant hand signals and show you how to synchronise your body weight with the quad bike on various terrains. Tsitsikamma Adventure Land will provide each rider with a helmet, as we have a strict "no helmet, no ride" policy, and these should be worn at all times. No experience necessary and all departures are from Misty Mountain Reserve.

Please be warned that this activity involves an element of risk, and all participants are required to sign a liability waiver before riding. If you have children under 16 who want to ride as a passenger, they are most welcome, provided that an adult driver accompanies them. Adults need to sign an indemnity form on behalf of minors.

Meals and refreshments can be ordered from a menu before the tour commences, which will be ready for you upon your return. Should you miss your time slot, guests can wait for the next tour at the restaurant verandah at Misty Mountain Reserve and enjoy the beautiful views or enjoy a short walk through the forest.

NOTE: No alcohol is permitted before a quad bike tour, but you can as much as you like afterwards.
